An Act to Incorporate certain persons under the style and title of “The Windsor Road Company.” Passed 6th March, 1838. 1 Victoria – Chapter 33 1838 This act incorporates the Windsor Road company, which is authorized to build a macadamized (that is to say, a gravel) road between Windsor harbour and Dundas street.
