    This act incorporates the Waterloo Bridge company. The company is authorized to build a bridge at their own costs, the location and dimensions of which are specified. Once the bridge is completed, the company is authorized to collect tolls. The act specifies how directors will be elected, how stocks will be managed, issued and sold, and the company's responsibilities to shareholders.
