This act authorises the justices of the peace of the Midland district to borrow a sum of money to build a wall and a gatehouse around the district jail in Kingston in order to better secure the prisoners.
This act allows the Cobourg Harbour Company to increase their capital stocks to ten thousand pounds in order to gain them more funds with which to complete their project, and allows them more time for completion of the building of the habour at Cobourg.
This act incorporates the Company of the Bayfield Harbour, authorising them to survey and acquire land in order to build a harbour and all associated structures on the waterfront at Bayfield. The company is also authorised to collect tolls on incoming vessels once the harbour is completed.

This Ordinance restricts access to winter roads, as outlined, including the types of vehicles allowed on the roads listed, to better preserve Post Roads during the winter. This Ordinance is to remain in force until 1842.
This act calls for the return of receipts and vouchers by the commissioners of public works such as road improvements to the legislative assembly. Should any commissioners fail to make a proper report of their expenditures, no further funding will be approved for their project and the commissioner in question risks dismissal.
This act places a duty of one shilling per ton on vessels in order to help pay the interest on a loan made by the crown to help build lighthouses in the province.
This act continues an act first passed in 1834, which amended an act passed in 1793. The original act specified the parties responsible for the repairing and maintenance of fences on shared property lines, and the amendments have further defined who is responsible for which costs and who is responsible for settling disputes.
Under this Ordinance, Grand Voyers for each district are allowed to appoint Deputies as deemed necessary, in addition to Surveyors of Roads, under the terms as outlined. Their duties relating to the inspection, opening, and maintenance of roads are described. This Ordinance is to remain in force until 1842.
