This act revives and amends an act first passed in 1792, which outlines the processes by which civil actions or suits should be tried in the county of Halifax and the rotation of justices to serve.
This act establishes rules and regulations by which the town common of Digby is to be maintained. The rules mostly center around fencing, clearing of brush wood and thistle, the number of cattle permitted to use it as pasturage, and other concerns which keep the common in good enough repair to make it available for all residents of Digby.
