  • Description
This act establishes rules and regulations by which the town common of Digby is to be maintained. The rules mostly center around fencing, clearing of brush wood and thistle, the number of cattle permitted to use it as pasturage, and other concerns which keep the common in good enough repair to make it available for all residents of Digby.
