This act creates regulations for the character and quality of grindstones exported from Westmorland County, allows for the appointment of surveyors to ensure them, and establishes penalties for violations.
This act raises certain fees on ships entering New Brunswick ports and gives the government the authority to appoint commissioners to collect these fees.
This act repeals several acts governing the behaviour of sailors and replaces them with a new set of regulations to ensure that sailors do not derelict their duty and creates fines for if they do.
So as to to better prevent and fight fires in Fredericton this act expands the power of the fire wards and the responsibilities of other authority figures and citizens in fire prevention, and establishes penalties for violations of them.
