Legislation by Source Document: Acts of the General Assembly of His Majesty's Province of New Brunswick passed in the year 1826. Fredericton: George K. Lugrin, 1826.
This act repeals an 1820 act for establishing legal tender in New Brunswick, but maintains the provisions for certain conins be used to pay debts already incurred.
This act allows for local authorities to determine where and when highways and bridges in the areas be repaired, and administer penalties for those who do not live up to their obligations for labour on such projects.
