An Act conveying to the City of Toronto certain Water Lots, with power to the said City for the construction of an Esplanade. The act also permits rates and tolls to be charged for use of the esplanade once it is built, but specifies that nothing in the act can impede the rights already given to railroad companies or to the parliament buildings established in Toronto.
