An Act to take away Corruption of Blood, save in certain cases. Passed 13th Feb. 1833. 3 William IV – Chapter 5 1833 This Act states that only offenders convicted of felonies will lose their property rights; other people set to inherit any property associated with such a convicted felon will not be affected.
