An Act to enable the Owners of Stray Cattle more easily to recover the same. Passed the 5th of March, 1807. 47 George III Chapter 8 1807 Much livestock in New brunswick was free ranging and roamed widely at this time. So that their owners could be more easily recover this act stipulates that any who found unfamiliar livestock on their enclosed land much register descriptions of such animals with town or parish clerks. An Act to repeal the several acts now in force in this Province, relative to rates and assessments, and also to particularize the property real and personal, which during the continuance thereof, shall be subject to rates and assessments, and fixing the several valuations at which each and every particular of such property shall be rated and assessed. An Act to ascertain the Rights of Fishery.
