An Act to declare certain Lands in Upper Canada liable to Assessment, and oblige the Owners of such Lands to make returns thereof to the District Treasurer. All Act to repeal certain Acts therein mentioned, and better to encourage Agriculture in Lower Canada, by the establishment of Agricultural Societies therein.
