An Act to suspend for a limited time two certain Ordinances therein mentioned, relating to Winter Roads in that part of the Province heretofore Lower Canada, in so far as regards the District of Quebec, the District of Gaspe, and that part of the District of Three Rivers which is or was in the Municipal District of Portneuf.
