It amends the clause stating that property owners who have had their property damaged by the said corporation can sue for damages; as of the passing of this act, only the city of Toronto can sue for damages. An Act to incorporate the Quebec School of Medicine. It specifies the number of lectures which must be given by the institution annually (including the number of lectures to be given in English), empowers it to bestow medical certificates and pass bylaws to govern its students.
