This act incorporates the Montreal school of medicine and surgery under the individuals named, and specifies provisions for replacing those individuals should it become necessary. Tuition fees and the number of lectures to be delivered in both English and French on an annual basis are noted, and the institution is given the power to examine and grant medical certificates to its students, though the granting of licenses is a privilege kept by the province.
