Description
This act incorporates the Quebec school of medicine under the named individuals, and includes a process for replacing said individuals. It specifies the number of lectures which must be given by the institution annually (including the number of lectures to be given in English), empowers it to bestow medical certificates and pass bylaws to govern its students. It is also noted that students can only become licensed practitioners after applying to the province and paying the required fees.
