An Act to regulate the Re-building of the Town of St. John's, and the Drainage and Sewerage of the same, and to Repeal certain Acts therein mentioned. It amends the clause stating that property owners who have had their property damaged by the said corporation can sue for damages; as of the passing of this act, only the city of Toronto can sue for damages.
