An Act to require Justices of the Peace to make returns of Convictions and Fines, and for other purposes therein mentioned. 21th August, 1841. 4 & 5 Victoria – Chapter 12 1841 An Act which outlines how fines will be reported by the Justice of the Peace to the General Quarter Session in writing. Smith, to make good a deficiency in his salary, as one of the Junior Clerks in the Executive Council Office, for the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine.
