This act amends an act passed in 1840 concerning the lengthening and widening of roads in the province, particularly concerning the assessment and collection of finances to carry out this project.
An act which allows John Walker of Saint John to acquire a loan from the government of 6,000 pounds to build a public warehouse, and which stipulates all the terms under which the government is to pay out and acquire this money, and how it will be paid back.
