An Act to increase the Capital Stock of the Cobourg Harbour Company, and to extend the period for completing the same. An Act to alter and amend an Act passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King William the Fourth, entitled “An Act to incorporate sundry persons under the style and title of the President, Directors and Company, of the Gore Bank.” Passed 11th May, 1839. 2 Victoria – Chapter 41 1839 This act amends the act passed in 1836 incorporating the Gore Bank.
