An Act to ascertain the Rights of Fishery. Passed the 5th of March, 1807. 47 George III Chapter 3 1807 This act grants all those who own property that borders a river or stream the right to harvest fish from the parts of the rivers or streams that borders their property. Such rights had previously only granted to those with property adjoing the eastern side of Saint John harbour.
