An Act for altering and continuing the several Acts, relating to the Duty on licensed Houses. 13 George III Chapter 6 (Session 2) 1773 This Act alters the processes by which persons can be licensed to operate houses of public entertainment and the duties imposed on them. An Act in further Amendment of an Act, made in the First Year of his present Majesty’s Reign, intitled, “An Act for repairing and mending Highways, Roads, Bridges and Streets, and for appointing Surveyors of Highways within the several Townships in this Province.” 13 George III Chapter 3 (Session 2) 1773 This Act amends the 1761 Act, "An Act for repairing and mending Highways, Roads, Bridges and Streets, and for appointing Surveyors of Highways within the several Townships in this Province," relating to the ways that forfeitures should be recovered. Persons sixty years old or upwards exempted from the labour required under the former Act are, under this Act, still required to send their teams or trucks to assist.
