    This Act further amends acts relating to impost and excise duties on beer, rum, wine, and other spirituous liquors to prevent frauds committed by relanding liquor after it was cleared for exportation. This Act discontinues drawbacks on rum or other distilled spirituous liquors. This Act and the several former Acts listed are to remain in force until the end of 1774.
