The manner in which the board of directors will be elected is specified, as well as their responsibilities, the value of shares, and the way in which they will be distributed. The company is instructed to undertake the work of laying down pipes for water and gas through the streets of Québec under the supervision of the city surveyor and only after having secured the proper permits and permission of the mayor, taking care not to do any unnecessary damage.
