This act incorporates the Charitable Association of the Roman Catholic Ladies of Quebec, which has as its goal the assistance of orphans and the education and "moral edification" of young girls and women. Times and dates of meetings are specified, as well as limits on property ownership - particularly the limits on participation of married women.
