This act places restrictions on who can be granted a license to sell liquor in the province, and the conditions which must be met in order to obtain said license.
This act grants a sum of two hundred pounds to establish a protective boat at the port of Saint John's to protect the collection of revenue in the harbour.
This act specifies duties to be place on specific goods coming into the province. It also grants sums of money to individuals who are charged with collecting said duties.
