An Act to establish and regulate a Summary Practice in the Supreme Court. Passed 22d March 1834. 4 William IV Chapter 41 1834 This act prohibits any cases coming before the New Brunswick supreme court where the disputes are worth less than Twenty pounds, and amends the terms under which valid cases can be brought before the court.
