An Act to regulate the Conveyance of printed Votes and Proceedings in Parliament, and Printed Newspapers, by Packet Boats between Great Britain and Ireland, and the British Colonies, and also in the United Kingdom. An Act to enable His Majesty to grant to a Company, to be Incorporated by Charter, to be called “The Canada Company,” certain Lands in the Province of Upper Canada, and to invest the said Company with certain Powers and Privileges, and for other purposes relating thereto. 27th June, 1825. 6 George IV – Chapter 75 1825 This act incorporates the Canada Company and legislates how said company is to manage public lands in terms of settlement and use of funds to support the company, the crown, and protestant clergy. An Act to prevent Foreign Goods of certain descriptions being brought from the United States of America into Canada; and to allow a greater quantity of Worsted Yarn to be exported from Great Britain to Canada.
