This act represents in detail the practices of the supreme and circuit courts when it comes to suits of equity in order to simplify procedures and make them more homogeneous in practice across districts. Forms to be used by court officials are included.

An Act to amend Chapter 301, of Tide XXII, of the Revised Statutes “Of the Sea and River Fisheries.” Passed 6th April 1858.
Additional penalty for violation of Sec. 15 of Cap. 101, Rev. Stat.
Be it enacted by the Lieutenant Governor, Legislative Council, and Assembly,—That every person violating the fifteenth Section of the said recited Chapter shall, in addition to the pains and penalties thereby incurred, forfeit and pay for each and every offence a fine of not less than five pounds nor more than twenty pounds, in the discretion of the Justices before whom tried, to be sued for and recovered before any two Justices of the County where the offence has been committed; the fines and penalties to be applied as is directed in and by the said recited Chapter.
This Act extends the deadlines of a previous act concerning steam navigation, and providing for the construction of life boats, inspection of ships, and other safety regulations.
This act grants various sums of money as a salary to civil servants throughout the province. It also grants money to complete infrastructure projects in various communities.
