This Act extends the deadline of previous Acts concerning steam navigation, detailing the necessary inspection of Steamers, and exceptions to the acts.
This act puts measures in place to prevent the over-hunting of wild fowl in an attempt to forestall their extinction, and includes penalties for those who do not follow the laws put forth in this act.
