DescriptionThis act sets a price per bushel for wheat and rye grown on land that did not grow wheat or rye prior to November 1806. The methods by which this amount can be claimed is specified within the act, as well as an oath to be taken by the sellers swearing that the grain has been grown on newly-cleared land.
