    This Act amends the 1760 Acts, "An Act for establishing a public Market House in Halifax, and for regulating the same," and "An Act for building a public Slaughter House in the Town of Halifax, and for regulating the same," relating to how individuals, their servants, or their agents, are permitted to bring livestock into Halifax to butcher and sell. This Act is to remain in force until July 1791.
