    This Act makes provision for the erection and maintenance of a lighthouse on McNutts Island at the entrance of the harbour of Shelburne. The rates of duty to be collected from merchants and vessels coming into or leaving the harbour are outlined, and describes which vessels are to be excepted from the duty.
