    This Act amends and adds to the 1768 Act, "An Act for establishing the Times of holding the Supreme Court," in order to appointing a Supreme Court, Court of Assize, and General Gaol Delivery to be held in places in the Province outside of Halifax. The processes by which this court is to function are outlined, including the times it will be held in each county.
