    This Act adds to the 1758 Act, "An Act for preventing Trespasses," as amended in 1759 and 1761 and outlines the penalties for any person found destroying stone walls, fences, bars, gates, not being the land's proprietor or authorised by the proprietor. The Act also provides that horses are not to be allowed to wander at large on the peninsula of Halifax.
