This act amends a 1786 act to allow for more strict regulation and inspection salmon being exported from New Brunswick, and establishes penalties for failing to abide by them.
This act makes a provision to the 1786 act allowing regular Jusitces of the Peace in Northumberland County to enforce it until Justices of Common Pleas are established in said county.
This act outlaws setting up blockages on several of New Brunswick's rivers and streams that could block the passage of fish and establishes penalities for those who do.
This act makes provisions for a lighthouse to be built on Partridge Island, near Saint John, and sets up a system of duties on ships entering the harbour to pay for it.
This amendment to the 1786 act allows for the city of Saint John to hire more firemen than previously allowed, and exempts said firemen from other civic duties during their tenure.
This act adds provisions to a 1786 act making it legal to for the state seize the property of debtors who have or are about to leave New Brunswick to pay down their debts.
