An Act to prevent Deserting from His Majesty’s Forces, and to punish unlawful dealings with Soldiers or Deserters. An Act further to alter and extend the provisions of an Act, intituled “An Act to encourage the erection of a Passage Boat to be worked by steam, for facilitating the communication between the City of Saint John and Fredericton,” and to give further encouragement to the present Proprietors of the Steam Passage Boat erected in pursuance of the same Act.
