This act replaces previous militia legislation, and creates a new system governing militia regulation, command, mustering, and training, and for imposing penalties for violating any of the aforesaid.
This act establishes a system for constructing and repairing highways in communities that had not been previously covered in law. It further establishes how these projects will be funded and staffed, and what the penalties for violating such terms are.
