An Act to amend an Act passed in the twelfth year of Her Majesty’s Reign, intituled, An Act to simplify the transfer of real property in Upper Canada, and to render certain rights and interests therein liable under execution. 2d August, 1851. 14 & 15 Victoria – Chapter 7 1851 This is an amendment to an 1849 act which refines the definition of real estate ownership in order to simplify property transfer and disputes among creditors and debtors.
