This act amends an 1819 act regulating the provincial militia so that no fines can be levied against alleged delinquents unless the said delinquent has been summonded before his commanding officier to show any cause why he should not be punished. Also, it allows for new compensation for sergeant majors wh ohave to perform the duties of commanding officiers. |
