    This Ordinance repeals and replaces several Acts relating to the judicature of the several districts of the province. The boundaries of the several districts are described. Under this Ordinance, the "Court of the King's Bench" is to be referred to as the "Court of the Queen's Bench" in future Acts. This Ordinance is made permanent.
