This act continues, alters, and amends prior legislation relating to the New Brunswick Society for the Encouragement of Agriculture, Home Manufactures, and Commerce
This act allows for government loans to be granted to individuals along the Welland Canal for in order to encourage the development and construction of new mills and factories.
This is an amendment to a past act encouraging the establishment of agricultural societies in Lower Canada, and allows these societies to set up their public shows and displays whenever they choose.
This is an amendment to an 1850 act called "An Act to repeal two certain Acts therein mentioned relating to Agriculture, and to provide for the remedy of abuses prejudicial to Agriculture," which repeals and replaces several past acts regarding trade and advancement in agriculture.
This act permits the members of county agricultural societies in Lower Canada to be elected at any time during the year, so long as these elections take place before the first day of October.
