DescriptionThis act requires anybody wishing to travel around the province to sell goods and merchandise to first acquire a license. The requirements for obtaining this license are specified, and sheriffs are put in charge of making sure that the act is executed. Vendors of certain goods are specifically excluded in the final clause.
