    This Act repeals the 1770 Act, "An Act to enable the several Counties within this Province to raise Money for Payment of their Representatives," and the 1771 Act, "An Act in Addition to, and Amendment of an Act, made in the Tenth Year of His present Majesty’s Reign, intitled, An Act to enable the several Counties within this Province to raise Money for Payment of their Representatives."
