    This Act repeals two quoted sections of the 1785 Ordinance “An Ordinance concerning Advocates, Attorneys, Solicitors and Notaries, and for the more easy collection of His Majesty’s Revenues,” and makes it that no one may practice law in the Province who did not first serve a regular clerkship.
