    An Act which repeals previous Ordinances in former Lower Canada related to a Board of Works and create a new provincial wide Board of Public Works. This board is in charge of overseeing and reporting to the government all Public Works projects including submitting surveys, plans, drawings, and estimates. The Act also outlines the positions on the board.
