An Act to repeal an Act, made the last Session of the General Assembly, entitled, “An Act in addition to, and amendment of, and to reduce into one Act, the several Acts of the General Assembly, for regulating Carriers, and Owners of Waggons, Carts and other Trucks, travelling through the Province.”
