  • Description
    This Act declares that all grants, bargains, sales, enfeoffments, alienations, gifts, exchanges, disposals, descents, devises, inheritance, right of dower or other conveyances of land or other immovable properties held in Free and Common Soccage in the Province are to be valid in Law. The processes by which these transfers of property can take place are outlined.
