    This Act prohibits the exportation of wheat, rye, barley, flour, meal, and peas out of the Province from the publication of the act until 1770, and outlines penalties for persons found to disobey the terms of this Act, in order to prevent scarcity. The processes by which this Act is to be enforced are outlined.
