DescriptionUnder this Act, the proprietors of the land bordering the Saint Lawrence below Quebec are allowed to cut and cure the grass on the beaches to the exclusion of all other people, and livestock are not to be permitted to graze on this land. The limits of this Act and penalties for those who act in defiance of this Act are outlined.
