An Act to impower the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Commander in Chief, to grant Warrants on the Treasury for the Sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Eight Pounds, and Four Pence, with the Interest due thereon, the same to bear interest, for the Payment of sundry persons who have demands on the Government.
